Book an appointment

This page explains how we arrange our appointment system and how to make an appointment.

Same Day Appointments

Please fill in an online consultation form, giving as much detail as possible.  A doctor will assess the request and arrange suitable care for you.  This could be:

  • A same day appointment with a doctor or more suitable health care professional
  • A routine appointment with a doctor or more suitable health care professional
  • A prescription
  • Advice about your condition
  • Advice to attend another health care service

A doctor is available each day until 12pm to triage requests.

If you are unable to complete a form our reception team will be able to do this for you.
